COVID-19
Stay healthy!
The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has largely brought our social life to a standstill. About one third of the world's population is currently facing restrictions in its freedom of movement - and the trend is on the rise. The information situation and the general conditions arising from the global SARS-CoV-2 pandemic are constantly changing and the outbreak of coronavirus poses huge challenges to every human being and to companies as well.
Health is our most valuable asset and therefore the welfare of all our fellow human beings is our top priority. In the fight against the spread of the virus, we are carefully monitoring the situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus, making sure that all recommendations of the authorities and scientists are strictly followed.
At the same time, it is our highest priority to provide our customers and partners with as much support as possible. Despite closed external EU borders, exit restrictions, minimized transport capacities and disrupted supply chains, we are doing everything in our power to ensure the smoothest possible supply. Thanks to our own production facilities, we are able – especially when it comes to spare parts – to react flexibly and individually to any bottlenecks. In order to ensure availability and the usual service quality, we continue to work with great commitment at our Kaiserslautern-based headquarters and in our subsidiaries across the globe, whether on site or from home.
Even though our team is very much looking forward to meeting our business partners in person again, which due to the current situation is not possible, sales, service and all support functions are still available via e-mail, telephone and video chat.
Our supervisors and commissioning engineers are also there for you as far as possible and if feasible.
In close coordination with our customers and partners we are developing individual measures to overcome these difficult times and to minimize the negative impacts of this situation.
The weeks have shown that we can only get through this crisis together as a global community. So let us close ranks – and the most important thing: stay healthy!
